Hobbies

Cooking, fermenting foods, ballroom dancing, figure skating, reading, and playing wholeheartedly with my children. Together with my husband, I make sure every bit of our harvest is put to good use, weaving small experiments into daily life. We dance, sing, and explore the joy of connecting food and science as a family every day.
